A binding agreement for services is only created upon the Client’s written acceptance of a formal, detailed, and separate Landscaping Services Contract or Quotation provided by New Garden Landscaping & Nursery, Inc. (d/b/a LIS Landscape Irrigation Systems).
Warranties on Plants/Materials: Any guarantees or warranties provided for plants, materials, or workmanship will be exclusively outlined in the separate signed Services Contract, and not this website's Terms of Service.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: New Garden Landscaping & Nursery, Inc., its divisions, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site.
